A Siva Homa to Begin Our Week

This morning marks the beginning of the new phase, following a 2 day retreat (our monk's weeks and weekends). At just four days long, this phase will be short but powerful. Not only does Pancha Ganapati begin tomorrow but on it's fifth and final day, we will also be observing Ardra Darshanam. On the 25th, Siva's star (Ardra) aligns itself with the earth, the moon and the center of our Galaxy. An auspicious time indeed!

During this morning's homa we also blessed our shipment of the month's newsletter before sending them off. At the end, Satguru gave a wonderful talk about the mitigation of personal karmas. The talk will be in our audio archives in the coming days. Aum Namah Sivaya
