Last Day in Texas with Satguru

The short Texas trip ends with a visit to Apple to talk to the monastery's rep, one final satsang and it's bye bye Texas. We also have some random photos from the trip.

Satguru is seen here at an HSA event. The youth asked satguru ten questions beforehand and he answered them in an interactive way. The group was fully engaged and pleased. The event was held at the URJ Greene Family Camp.

Last day in the Lone Star State. In the morning we pack our luggage into our silver SUV and check out of the Residence Inn in Temple, Texas, and head off to the Chinmaya Mission Event.

s Hindu Monastery and Hinduism Today. The crowd of about 100 people enjoy the talk and have great respect for Kauai Aadheenam.'

We arrive at the Chinmaya Mission Center in Austin. This is a new center and the inside of the stone pillars around the building all have a different pose of Siva dancing. Illuminating the room they have a 6 petal lotus, Swami Shivatmananda says it represents the higher chakras and the intent of the room which is to uplifting everyone who comes in.

Here they are offering a small tray of fruit and then they treat us to a fresh Indian lunch.

Then we drive to our Hotel right next to the Austin Airport. It\

s a modern looking circular building with the inside center as the main lobby.'
