This morning begins a new phase at the monastery as the moon goes from a half moon to the new moon. This will be a short 4 day phase, immediately followed by Ardra and our monthly abhishekam to Lord Nataraja. As Satguru is traveling, Paramacharya Sadasivanathaswami filled in to burn prayers in the sacred flames and to give a talk afterwards. He discussed attachment and told a short related story.
