Pumpkins!

Pumpkins have been out of season for some time here at the aadheenam, but recently one of our pumpkin patches has begun producing some big ones! These are Mauritius Pumpkins and are soft and sweet, perfect for a sweet and savory curry. Because of there massive size, one pumpkin can make up to four dishes or more. It's always nice to see (and taste) the success of our Siddhidatta Kulam monk's efforts in the growing of our fresh organic foods. Jai Ganesha!
