Intricate Work By the Silpis

Around the base of the kodimaram, on the elevated floor of the Nandimandam is a "collar"' of stone that needed intricate carving done here on Kauai.

They are using very fine chisels for this work.

The two halves will be fitted after the flag-pole gets its consecration ceremonies

The heads of these chisels are the size of a pen-point
