Ashram Sadhana Day

Recently the monks observed their monthly cleaning day known as Ashram Sadhana Day. While the monastic already have areas they clean each day, this day offers a full morning of deep cleaning and time for special projects. Perhaps today is a good time to do some of your own monk-inspired cleaning? Gurudeva used to say that if the energy in you life or in a certain project isn't flowing, the first thing you should try doing is cleaning. Over time energies can become congested without proper cleaning and care, so grab a rag, a broom and some soap water and clean something today! Who knows? something unexpected might move forward in your life.
