A View from the Sky

Aum Namah Sivaya

Recently we took some new aerial photos from our little drone. It was a chance to discover our aadheenam grounds, temples, building and gardens from a new perspective. Our hilly landscape and fascinating species of plants make for quite a picture. It's important to get an overview once in a while to keep the little things in proper perspective. They're just smalls strokes in a grand painting of life. Aum.

Here was can see Iraivan Temple to the right and our vegetable garden in the upper-left. The Narmada Stream and Path of the Satgurus is in the center-left.

From above Iraivan, we can see over to the Monastery buildings and Kadavul Temple. They are near those two big banyan trees, center frame.

Rotate a little to the left and you can now see our vegetable garden with our white green houses up in the field near the top. Let\

s zoom in to that open patch near the center frame.'

Back to up we go. Another rotation to the left and we can see the reservoir which feeds our streams. The lower-right of this image shows the trees along San Marga.

Pan down and we see our Temple and Chola Gardens in Rishi Valley

If we look south we can see Himalayan Acres. To the far left in the distance is our Noni Field. All the other fields are the hardwood trees we are growing. The open field to the right has coconut trees.

As we look towards the mountain, the late-afternoon light shines through the clouds in a magical way
