Coconut Husking Extravaganza and Recent Sunrise

After husking around 330 cocos for the Iraivan Pranapratishtha last month, the husking party took a break, but now we're back to husk another 250 or so for the final days of Mandala Puja from May 8--11.

Cocos were gathered from behind the Coco Palms Hotel (still in ruins 31 years after Hurricane Iniki due to endless politics surrounding redevelopment). Each was checked to make sure you can hear water swishing inside, which is a requirement for using in pujas.
