THREE BASIC MANTRAS
The three basic mantras used in the Spiritual Workout are listed below. Explanations of each are found in the chapter on “Mantra Recitation” in Loving Ganesha.
ॐ श्री गणेशाय नमः Aum śrī gaṇeśāya namaḥ
ॐ गम् गणपतये नमः Aum gaṁ gaṇapataye namaḥ
ॐ विघ्ननाशनाय नमः Aum vighna nāśanāya namaḥ

ॐ वक्रतुण्डाय हुं Aum vakratuṇḍāya hum
ॐ क्षिप्रप्रसादाय नमः Aum kshipra prasādāya namaḥ
ॐ सुमुखाय नमः Aum sumukhāya namaḥ
ॐ एकदन्ताय नमः Aum ekadantāya namaḥ
ॐ कपिलाय नमः Aum kapilāya namaḥ
ॐ गजकर्णिकाय नमः Aum gajakarṇikāya namaḥ
ॐ लम्बोदराय नमः Aum lambodarāya namaḥ

ॐ धुम्रकेतुवे नमः Aum dhumraketuve namaḥ
ॐ गणाध्यक्षाय नमः Aum gaṇādhyakshāya namaḥ
ॐ भालचन्द्राय नमः Aum bhālachandrāya namaḥ
ॐ श्रीं ह्रीं क्लीं ग्लौं गं गणपतये वर वरद सर्व जनम्मे वषमानाय स्वाहा

ॐ एकदन्ताय विद्महे वक्रतुण्डाय धीमहि तन्नो दन्तिः प्रचोदयात्

ॐ तत्पुरुषाय विद्महे वक्रतुण्डाय धीमहि तन्नो दन्तिः प्रचोदयात्

ॐ तत् कराताय विद्महे हस्तिमुखाय धीमहि तन्नो दन्तिः प्रचोदयात्
Aum tat karātāya vidmahe hasti mukhāya dhīmahi tanno dantiḥ prachodayāt
CHOICE OF MANTRAS
The three basic mantras are chanted during the first twenty-four weeks to enable you to become familiar with them. In the remaining weeks you are welcome to chant whichever mantra you choose from this list.
