One-Hundred Year Old Anvil Gifted to Monks

Deva Rajan has been working with Sadhaka Tejadevanatha for several months to acquire an anvil for the monastery’s metal working needs. After searching high and low Deva’s son Kailash located a 180lb England Anvil at the local community College in Concord, California.

Deva estimated that anvil is over 100 years old!!

Over the retreat Sadhaka Tejadevanatha set up the Anvil and began the long process of refinishing it.

Thanks to Deva and Kailash for the very useful gift to the monastery!!!
