We recently took a short survey flight with our drone, attempting to map out some future improvements along San Marga. While up there we took a few other shots just for fun. From the air, we're continually reminded of how lush and pure our island environment is. A perfect place of prana and a plethora of pretty plants.
"The whole world is an ashram in which all are doing sadhana. We must love the world, which is God's creation. Those who despise, hate and fear the world do not understand the intrinsic goodness of all."
Gurudeva: \"It is not a matter of becoming the Self, but of realizing that you never were not the Self. And what is that Self? It is Parasiva. It is God. It is That which is beyond the mind, beyond thought, feeling and emotion, beyond time, form and space.\"
A high-flying view with Iraivan in the bottom-right and our agricultural land up above. The half-hexagon you see is Himalayan Acres, where we grow hardwood trees, Koa trees, and noni orchards.

\"In a relaxed state, happiness is found, and the qualities of the soul shine forth. Selfish, greedy people are tense, concerned, often inhibited. Tension breeds negative thinking.\"
\"You must purify yourself. You purify yourself by being kind to others, being generous until it hurts, being benevolent, being ready to serve at all times until you are strained in serving. Put a smile on the faces of other people.\"
\"Selfless service to mankind makes you free in the world of mortals.\"
\"Siva\
s devotees cultivate a contemplative nature by meditating daily, seeking the light, drawing the lesson from each experience and identifying with infinite intelligence, not with body, emotion or intellect. Aum.\"'
\"Spiritual unfoldment is not a process of awakening the higher chakras but the closing of the ones below the muladhara. Once this happens, consciousness slowly expands into the higher chakras which are always there. The only thing that keeps the lower chakras closed is regular sadhana, japa, worship and working with oneself.\"
