Welcoming Our Kauai Firefighters
Recently, we had a visit from the Fire Inspector for the finalization of our Media Studio's certificate of occupancy. While here he was intrigued to find out that the Aadheenam was a lot bigger than just the front area commonly seen on an initial visit. Realizing its size and the amount of buildings we have, he requested a tour for his peers so that they could know the landscape in case there ever was an emergency. We happily complied. Today Yoginathaswami gave them a tour of our facilities and of Iraivan temple. The group probably wasn't sure what to expect, but they all ended up have a great time. Particularly enjoying the beauty and engineering of Iraivan.

I’m always moved by the super friendly, hospitable and gracious way the monastery interacts with the Kauai community. Such a great example for us all….As always, Mahalo Nui Loa!
