January 11 Homa
This Morning begins a new phase. The monks performed their usual early-morning homa, aligning their energies with the devas and mahadevas for the coming week. This will be a five day phase. Tomorrow, Satguru Bodhinatha Veylanswami leaves on his trip to Australia. On Sun 3 we have a tour day, on Sun 4 is Thai Pongal and on Sun 5 the monks observe Ashram Sadhana Day, when the whole monastery gets a good cleaning. After this morning's havana, Satguru gave his Upadesha on the Self within us all, which is always already there within us to be discovered. Om Namah Sivaya.
