But our religion will live on and grow inside of us as we evolve from life to life. It is the duty of each Hindu, young or old, to help the religion progress from generation to generation. We help Hinduism live on by serving and guiding others. For true and lasting happiness, religion must be the basis of everything in life, around which all other interests and desires revolve. So many people are against religion these days. It is up to religious people to make it popular again."

This quote from Gurudeva is inspiring and confirming for me.
Most days I have the precious opportunity to sow seeds of gratitude for Hindu upbringing in the hearts of youths who have succumbed to the nonculture of the West, where they were born and raised.
Often when I speak directly to the children and tell them how blessed they are to have such an amazing heritage, their faces light up, their eyes sparkle, and of course the parents, feel supported. It is especially meaningful for them to hear such accolades from Causian Americans, who have become their models of success.
